When you subscribe, I collect your name and email address.
Note: While I provide tools like the Eating Competence Audit, I do not automatically receive your specific score data from the assessment tool unless you choose to share those results with me during a consultation or via email.
2. How I Use Your Data
I use your information to provide a comprehensive framework for health, focusing on:
- Skill Development: Delivering resources like the Meal Formula to help you establish a reliable, sustainable structure for eating.
- Behavioural Insights: Providing insight and practical strategies for habit formation, addressing impulsive snacking, and creating “keystone” skills, such as pausing.
- Educational Content: Sending content designed to help you achieve eating competence, foster a positive body image, cultivate a healthy relationship with food, and reduce the mental gymnastics of “food rules.”
- Partnership Evaluation: Determining if my 1:1 coaching partnership is the right bridge to help you reach your specific goals for food and body peace.
3. Third-Party Services
I do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data. I use MailerLite as my email service provider to store your data and deliver content. You can view MailerLite’s Privacy Policy here to understand how they handle data on my behalf.
4. Your Control
You have the “right to be forgotten.” You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of any email I send. Once you unsubscribe, your data is removed from my active marketing lists. Under PIPEDA, you have the right to request access to the personal information I hold about you and to request that any inaccuracies be corrected.
